14.0H cross-bred pony purchased in North Carolina. She's a beautiful mare that adds substance and refinement and has movement to die for. Her first filly, Raquel, was Reserve Grand Champion at Devon in 2005, as a yearling, and will be starting the green medium ponies in 2012. Her most recent filly, Starlette, is spectacular, and will also be starting the green medium ponies in 2012 with Emma Mandarino in the irons. Will be wonderful to see both sisters out there showing!

This mare is a 13.1H, 1/2 Welsh liver chestnut & white pinto by *Carolina's Red Fox, out of Dot to Dot. Her sire, Red Fox, was the 2002 USA Eq Leading Pony Hunter Sire and her dam, Dot to Dot, produced Shining Moment who was Medium Pony Hunter National Champion. Another famous sibling is Turtle Express. "Candy" has had 3 very successful foals so far, Crystal Acres Spotlight, Crystal Acres Choclatier, and Crystal Acres Twinkle Toes, who is by Morton's Star Command. The next one in line to start the green small ponies in 2012 is Crystal Acres AllStar!

Unfortunately, Rosie passed away a few years ago. She was a 15.2H grey 10 year old TB mare that had a career on the track for a while. Her earnings were substantial, but injuries left her almost bound for a fate known to many broken down race horses. She was rescued by Canter New England, and we adopted her shortly thereafter. She has an outstanding pedigree that includes General Assembly, Secretariat, Hoist The Flag, Bold Ruler, Native Dancer, and War Admiral. She was a beautiful mare with great conformation and was a lovely mover. Her foals were Crystal Acres Lucky Star and Crystal Acres Twilight.
